As the CV writer at Full Dish I bring my experience from the both the public and private sector. In the private sector I worked for a number of years as a line manager within a large international organisation, successfully coaching and developing staff. In a recruitment role I have conducted over 100 interviews and reviewed many, many CVs.

My approach is to bring structure and focus to your CV, and so support you in getting the job you want. I like to think of my style as being friendly and honest.

I believe your CV needs to reflect you and be directed at the sector you are applying for and I don't believe this can be achieved without first speaking with you to better understand your skills and aims.
